In 2023, Smith Brothers Builders proudly to celebrated over 100 years of building excellence in Ayrshire. Founded in 1923 by David Smith, our family business has grown through four generations whilst maintaining the values of quality workmanship and reliable service that our founder established.
From our early days in post war house building and working on major industrial projects like Glengarnock steelworks, to today’s diverse portfolio of domestic, commercial and heritage work, we’ve adapted to meet the changing needs of our community whilst never compromising on quality.
Now led by fourth generation directors John and Colin Smith, we remain committed to delivering the same high standards that have built our reputation over the past century. We’re grateful to all our clients, past and present, who have trusted us with their building projects.
